About Me
Many trainers have experience with teaching, writing or leadership and come from every field. People who work as trainers are often put into difficult situations without much understanding of what training is or how to do it well. This is where I can help by bringing together over 20 years of experience during which time I have trained, coached and mentored many new trainers. I provide an online training course 'Survival Skills for the Accidental Trainer' and ‘Online Training Mastery’ and for new training managers I offer a Certificate in Training Management.
