Real-world applications of supply chain strategies are explored through case studies, providing participants with a clear understanding of how these concepts are applied in practice. Workshops focus on hands-on exercises, enhancing comprehension of logistics network design and sustainability. Group discussions encourage collaborative problem-solving and scenario analysis, fostering engagement and critical thinking. To ensure continuous progress and reinforce learning outcomes, periodic assessments, including quizzes and reviews, are integrated throughout the course.
