This course uses a variety of adult learning styles to aid full understanding and comprehension. Participants will review case studies of established leaders and strategies they have implemented to highlight areas of importance and possible risks that they may have faced during implementation.

Participants will later have the opportunity to create their own strategies related to their respective roles and, through presentations, will share their plans with others. This will allow them to develop a comprehensive understanding of the taught content, and demonstrate the practical and communicational skills learned.
