This course provides project management professionals with the practical expertise needed to design, implement, manage, or work within any component office of a P3O model. Participants will dive deep into scenario-based learning to master blueprint development, business case justification, stakeholder engagement, and the deployment of advanced portfolio tools. This course ensures that professionals are fully equipped to lead PMO functions and align complex portfolios with overarching corporate strategy.

Please note that while the training includes extensive scenario-based preparation and mock exams, the official P3O® Practitioner certification exam is conducted independently outside of the classroom schedule.

- Tailoring P3O functions and services to the specific needs of the business.

Section 5: Scenario Application and Exam Preparation

Upon successful completion of this training course, delegates will be awarded a Holistique Training Certificate of Completion. For those who attend and complete the online training course, a Holistique Training e-Certificate will be provided.

The official P3O® Foundation and Practitioner certification exams are administered by PeopleCert. Please note that the exam fee is not included in the course fee unless mentioned clearly.
