Effective Leadership for Women

Course Summary

In the modern era, it’s becoming more common for women to take up leadership roles, with childcare responsibilities being shared more equally between partners and women having greater opportunities and scope to progress within their job roles.

Women possess natural skills and abilities which are essential when it comes to great leadership. They have emotional intelligence that helps to understand and relate to direct reports, empathy, and support functions which allow them to lead by example and natural strengths when it comes to prioritisation and multi-tasking.

Unlocking these skills and learning how to utilise them in a professional environment is essential to becoming a good leader and getting the most out of your team. It’s also necessary to recognise development areas and work on these to create an all-round excellent leadership style.

This innovative course is built to inspire women to reach their full potential within the workplace and use their strengths and skills to create a successful and motivated workforce.

  • To be familiar with effective methods of delegation.
  • To be able to organise and prioritise tasks to gain a successful outcome.
  • To empower your team using a lead-by-example approach.
  • To boost your own confidence when leading a team of people.
  • To trust your own decisions and recognise your strengths and weaknesses.
  • To deal with difficult situations and utilise assertive communication skills.
