Rural Project Development & Planning Permissions

Course Summary

Rural project development is vital within rural communities to ensure that all public functions are working as necessary. Rural development primarily allows the opportunity to improve these functions to enable them to work at a much more effective rate. Rural livelihoods are incredibly important, and these must be supported and sustained to enable these individuals to live their day to day lives with little inconvenience.

Project planning is a crucial step within rural development. Planning projects will allow those involved to gather a full picture of their goal, including the existing infrastructures, community expectations and managing the resources necessary. Within modern society, there has been a great shift into sustainable practices, so planning should incorporate these as much as the rural infrastructure can sustain.

For any construction to take place, those involved will need to gain planning permission from the local authorities. They should be competent and educated on this process and what would be expected of them.
